Our company is located in Sardinia and has a long experience of thirty years in the sector cooking snails. It is specialized in the production and sale of hand-gathered non-raised cooking snails. The snails have their own biological cycle out in the open air, with a completely natural intake without use of feed, with excellent results in terms of taste and full-bodiedness of the meat.
